Welcome to RGX Studios, a DBA of ReGraphixs LLC ("RGX Studios", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including branding and logo design, website development, and subscription-based marketing automation tools (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Overview

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Some of our Services require payment, including one-time design services and ongoing subscription plans for automation tools.

Design services are quoted individually and invoiced before work begins.Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as agreed upon. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials we create for you (e.g., logos, websites) remain the intellectual property of RGX Studios until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to you, except where third-party materials or licensed assets are used.

You may not reuse, resell, or redistribute any part of our subscription-based tools or templates without our express written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals required to complete your project or maintain ongoing services. Delays caused by your inaction may affect project timelines and delivery.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your confidential information and expect the same in return. Any proprietary data shared will be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Disclaimer

All Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing or design efforts, although we aim for the highest quality and impact.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RGX Studios or ReGraphixs LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services at our discretion, especially in the case of non-payment or misuse.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
